SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please allow at least 1-3 business days for order processing. This includes all expedited orders. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from when they are placed. (Additional processing, shipping time, and restrictions may apply for some products and locations, and during busy holiday seasons).

Be sure to verify the shipping address you've provided is correct ASAP! Please notify us at support1@himesama.com for any changes or updates to your address. While we will make every effort to correct any errors brought to our attention before your order has shipped, HIME SAMA will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information.

DELIVERY

While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient at times, but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.

Missing or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. In the event that your package is still not found:

  • Orders shipped via USPS, please contact your local Post Office or USPS customer service right away to inform them of your missing package.

Please then inform our team at support1@himesama.com so that we may verify with USPS the status of your package and assist however we can!

Damaged or missing/incorrect items. While we take great care to ensure that your Beauty Secrets are packed safely and securely for their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support1@himesama.com with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!

  • For damaged items and quality issues, please provide us with detailed photos or videos of the product(s), including the batch code (located on the bottom of the product). Please do not discard products or packaging.

  • For missing/incorrect items, please provide us with detailed photos of the products received, the shipping box with label, as well as the packing slip.


RETURN POLICY

We're sorry you didn't love our beauty goodies! Just send us an email at support1@himesama.com with your order number and we will happily come up with a solution for you.

HIME SAMA will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to HIME SAMA. Once we have initiated your return process via email at support1@himesama.com, we will provide you with our return address. (PRODUCT RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE!)

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depend on your card's issuing bank.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://www.himesama.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make sure your order is accurate before confirming checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. If you need to edit your order before it ships, please email our team at support1@himesama.com. While we cannot guarantee we'll be able to catch your order before it ships, we will do our best. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
